When Will the 13,500 PKR BISP Payment Begin?

The official release date for the next installment is April 14, 2025 (Monday). Although earlier rumors suggested a rollout on April 7, delays in cash disbursement pushed the date forward by a week.

Payments usually begin on Mondays or Wednesdays, so this follows the usual pattern. If you’re planning your visit, April 14 to April 21 is the active collection window in Phase 1 cities.

Who Will Receive the April 2025 Installment?

If you are already part of the regular BISP program, your payment of 13,500 PKR is scheduled for April 14. These payments are rolling out for those who have consistently been receiving support.

However, if you recently completed the NSER survey or registered as a new beneficiary, there’s a chance your first payment may not be included in this round. You might have to wait until July 2025 for your first installment. The government is still finalizing details for these cases, and we’ll keep you updated once confirmation is available.

Which Cities Are in Phase 1 and Phase 2?

This installment rollout is divided into two phases. Not all cities will receive the money at once—your city’s bank determines when your funds will be available.

Cities served by HBL Connect are placed in Phase 2 and will get payments later in May or June 2025. All others—served by Bank Alfalah, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Bank of Punjab—are in Phase 1 and can collect starting April 14.

If your city is listed above, do not visit campsites on April 14—your payment will come later. Stay tuned for the final date of Phase 2 disbursement.

These cities will start receiving payments on April 14 through Bank Alfalah, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Punjab Bank.

Some cities in Phase 1 include:

How to Collect Your 13,500 PKR BISP Payment

To receive your payment, follow these steps:

1. Visit your nearest BISP payment campsite from April 14 to April 21, 2025.

2. Bring your original CNIC for identity verification.

3. You’ll receive the amount through the bank operating in your region (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Bank Alfalah, or Bank of Punjab).

4. If you’re eligible, you may also receive Taleemi Wazaif (Children’s Stipends) along with this installment.

For Phase 2 cities, the Taleemi Wazaif will be bundled with your main payment in May or June.
